Fees

Fees may be claimed from private health funds

Workcover and third party injuries will be directly billed to insurance companies if a claim number is provided.

Department of Veteran Affairs patients will be directly billed to the DVA office when a doctors referral is supplied

Fees can be claimed through Medicare when a EPC referral form is issued by your doctor. Call your doctor or this clinic for more information.

Appointments

Appointments for Physiotherapy may be made by contacting our receptionists. We will usually be able to schedule appointments for the same of following day, however, we will attempt to treat patients in pain iimmediately.

The initial consultation usually takes 45 minutes to an hour and any subsequent consultation about 30 minutes. If you are unable to keep an appointment, please notify us as soon as possible, so that we may reschedule another time.

Referrals

Referral from a medical practitioner is not essential to obtain physiotherapy. However if you have not come to us from your doctor, we do like to know of any medical attention you are receiving in relation to your condition and the name of your doctor.
